Clean rooms - large balcony right on the lake - restaurant for dinner with full moon shining on water was very romantic. Buffet breakfast was very good. Housekeeping staff friendly and did a nice job. Sitting on the small beach was nice. Big private terrace out over the lake. Great location - beautiful gardens, and terrace overlooking the water. Rooms had big bathrooms and private balconies. Hotel style part of the fun and immaculately kept. Staff friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Lido - Beach And Palace in Bolsena. the hotel's entryway is beautiful, and the surrounding gardens are absolutely stunning. Our room was sufficient for two people and the bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean. the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the hotel is also conveniently located near Civita, which was the main reason we chose to stay here.

It was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it. Cons: No complaints.

The general areas, such as the terrace and the dining room, were beautifully designed and maintained. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The rooms and facilities were easily accessible and the staff were always available to assist me with any requests or concerns.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and considerate to the needs of older guests. It would have been nice to have a dedicated service or assistance available specifically for elderly guests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The distance from the city center to the hotel was quite long and we had to walk on the main road without a pavement, which was not ideal. This made it a bit unsafe for pedestrian traffic.

I got really good value for my money at Hotel Lido - Beach And Palace. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a large balcony overlooking the lake. The location was perfect, right beside the lake and with a beautiful view. The staff treated me with exceptional politeness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there had been a wider selection of hot beverages, like tea and coffee, available.
